THC provided turnkey land acquisition services on this intersection improvement project of Iris Drive and Smyrna Road in Rockdale County, Georgia. This project was a county project, but the county elected that all acquisition activities must comply with Georgia Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines. THC performed title searches, appraisals, negotiations and closings on a total of seven (7) parcels. One of these parcels included the acquisition of a billboard adjacent to Interstate 20. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

improvement project at Smyrna Road and Klondike Road in Rockdale County. This project was a
local government project whereby Rockdale County worked in conjunction with the Georgia
Department of Transportation. Certification of the right of way by the GDOT was required.
Therefore, all activities were coordinated with the countys program manager and GDOTs local
government office. THC provided title searches, appraisals, negotiations and closings for nine
(9) parcels on this project. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal
and state guidelines.
STP-9438(1) Rockdale County, Georgia
State Route 212
THC provided turnkey land acquisition
services on this intersection improvement project of State Route 212 at Tucker Mill Road and
Honey Creek Road in Rockdale County. This local government project between Rockdale County and
the Georgia Department of Transportation consisted of the acquisition of nine (9) parcels.
Certification of the right-of-way by the GDOT was required on this project, therefore all
activities were coordinated between Rockdale County and the GDOT.

This project was a local government project whereby Rockdale County was working in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Transportation. This was an eight (8) parcel project requiring the certification of the right of way by GDOT. Therefore, all activities were coordinated with the countys program manager and GDOTs local government office. THC performed title searches, appraisals, negotiations and closings on this project. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
STP-0869(12) Rockdale County, Georgia
Highway 20
THC provided land acquisition services for
185 parcels on Highway 20 in Rockdale County, Georgia. This project was a local government project whereby Rockdale County was working in
conjunction with the Georgia Department of Transportation. THCs services included title searches, appraisals, negotiations and closings.
Right-of-Way certification was required, therefore federal and state regulations applied. The county was reimbursed by the GDOT on
right-of-way costs. Accurate documentation and coordination all right-of-way activities was required in order to insure complete reimbursement.
THC acquired four parcels on this project prior to the awarding of this contract. These parcels were considered as advanced acquisition due to
the probability of development prior to the commencement of the project. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Stanton Rd. and Honeycreek Rd.

THC provided turn key land acquisition services on this intersection improvement project of Stanton Road and Honey Creek Road in Rockdale County, Georgia. THC provided land acquisition services on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard/McEver Road in Hall County, Georgia. This project was a local government project whereby Hall County worked in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Transportation. THCs services included appraisals, negotiations and relocation assistance. The project had a total of 17 parcels. Relocation assistance was required on one parcel, which was a used car business. The right-of-way was certified by Georgia Department of Transportation, thus all acquisition tasks were executed in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

project of Highway 20 and Pleasant Hill Road in Rockdale County, Georgia. This project was a local government project whereby Rockdale County
worked with the Georgia Department of Transportation. This project consisted of 12 parcels requiring the certification of the right of way by GDOT.

THC provided appraisal and relocation services for the Clayton County Department of Transportation & Development. THC was responsible for preparing appraisals, researching available comparable housing in the area and determining the cost of comparable housing on two (2) parcels. This project was a county project, but the county elected that all acquisition must comply with Georgia Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

THC, in a cooperative effort with Buck Cooper, Inc., provided land acquisition services on this Georgia Department of Transportation project. The project consisted of 56 parcels, 15 of which required relocation assistance. THC provided turnkey land acquisition services including title searches, appraisals, negotiations, relocation assistance and closings. All services provided were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
EDS-441(25) Wilkinson /Baldwin Counties, Georgia
THC, in a cooperative effort with Buck Cooper, Inc., provided land acquisition services on this Georgia Department of Transportation project. This project consisted of 46 parcels, 8 of which required relocation assistance. THC provided turnkey land acquisition services including title searches, appraisals, negotiations, relocation assistance and closings. All services provided were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
BZLB-121(4) East Point, Georgia
THC provided appraisal services on the bridge improvement project on Desert Drive for the City of East Point. The project consisted of three (3) parcels. The appraisals were performed in preparation for condemnation. This was a Georgia Department of Transportation project. All services provided were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

project of Flat Shoals Road from Hwy 138 to Old Salem Road in Rockdale County, Georgia. This project was a county project, but the county elected that all acquisition must
comply with Georgia Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines. THC provided title searches, appraisals, negotiations and closings on a total of 47 parcels.
THC reached agreements with all property owners, therefore the county did not have to file any condemnations. All services provided by THC were in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
FLF-540(3) Muscogee/Talbot Counties, Georgia
THC was subcontracted by Buck Cooper, Inc., to provide land acquisition services on this Georgia Department of Transportation project. This project had 165 parcels. THC provided turnkey land acquisition services including title searches, appraisals, negotiations, relocation assistance and closings. All functions of this project were coordinated with GDOT and compliance with all federal and state regulations was required. There were 25 parcels requiring relocation assistance, therefore a professional working knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Act and CFR Part 24 was fundamental.
Fulton County Appraisals, Fulton County, Georgia
THC prepared appraisals on three parcels for a bridge project in Fulton County, Georgia. Due to the GDOTs participation in the project, the appraisals were prepared in accordance with State guidelines.
Gwinnett County Bond & Sales Tax Program, Gwinnett County, Georgia
Mr. Thomas H. Terrell, Jr., was the program director at Moreland Altobelli for Gwinnett Countys Bond & Sales Tax Program. At the request of the county, Mr. Terrell continued to provide advisory services after his departure from Moreland Altobelli. Mr. Terrells vast experience in condemnation proceedings dealing with eminent domain issues was required through this transitional period. Some of his duties included meeting with property owners; meeting with the attorneys and any other experts; and the preparation of right of way exhibits.
Highway 15/501, Orange/Chatham Counties, North Carolina
THC, as a subconsultant, is providing acquisition services on the road widening of Highway 15/501 for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The project consists of widening a two-lane to a four-lane, center median arterial. There are approximately 165 parcels on this project. THC is responsible for negotiating the acquisition of approximately 65 parcels in accordance with all applicable federal and state guidelines.
I-285 at GA400 Interchange, Atlanta, Georgia
THC, as a subconsultant to Presnell Associates (an engineering firm), provided right-of-way cost estimates for the improvement of I-285 at GA400 Interchange. The estimates were based on a worst case scenario of widening the existing 10 lanes to 20 lanes from Chamblee-Dunwoody Road to Riverside Parkway. The project area consisted mostly of office and institutional type of properties.
I-4 Relocation Study, Hillsborough County, Florida
THC, working with American Acquisition Group, Inc., was responsible for preparing a relocation plan for those parcels affected on the widening of Interstate 4. THC was required to research the project area and local ordinances, interview all relocatees and perform an on-site inspection of all parcels requiring relocation assistance. The relocatees included businesses and residences.
MR-9363(1) Fulton County, Georgia
THC provided relocation services for the Fulton County Land Department on the State Bridge Road improvement project. THC was responsible for researching available comparable housing in the area and determining the cost of comparable housing on five (5) parcels. This project was a joint effort between Fulton County and the Georgia Department of Transportation. All tasks were performed in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Norcross Mobile Home Park, Norcross, Georgia
THC conducted an on-site inspection of the Norcross Mobile Home Park and prepared a report for the lender on the condition of the property.
Providence Properties, Cobb County, Georgia
A private residential developer needed to transverse two (2) private properties in order to connect to county sewer. THC performed appraisals for the acquisition of sewer easements.
Right of Way Management Services, Rockdale County, Georgia
THC provided right-of-way Management Services for Rockdale Countys Road Program. THC was responsible for coordinating and managing the Countys right of way activities. THC placed a full time Acquisition Agent on staff at Rockdale County to oversee all ROW activities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Roxboro Road Conceptual Stage Study, Atlanta, Georgia
THC provided acquisition and relocation planning services as a subconsultant to an environmental firm, who had been contracted to perform the environmental impact statement (EIS) for this road improvement project. A conceptual stage study is a component of the EIS, which determines the effect of the acquisition on displaced persons. THC was responsible for preparing the conceptual stage study for the widening of Roxboro Road, which included the potential purchase of ten residences and the displacement of their respective residents. The prepared report was based on the federal guidelines for relocation as outlined in the Uniform Relocation Act of 1970.
South Main Street, Rockdale County, Georgia
THC provided turnkey land acquisition services on this major road improvement project in Rockdale County, Georgia. This project was referred to as the "gateway" to the City of Conyers, therefore maintaining the aesthetic quality of the area was an issue of importance.
